Personality Profile Test

This inventory contains twenty statements. Don’t think too long or too hard about your answers. Indicate the answer that best fits your experiences. In some cases, two answers may seem equally true of you, but pick one. You’ll probably find that you are a blend of a couple of the major profiles. The statements address your motivations, needs, and desires in relationships; stress responses; leadership goals; and communication style.

After you complete the scoring sheet, read the descriptions of the four profiles: Commander, Coach, Advocate, and Accountability Partner.
